Aleyna here 🙋🏼♀️—a psychologist turned Interaction and Product Designer, currently pursuing her Master’s in Human Experience Design Interactions (HXDI). Her diverse background equips her to tackle design challenges with a deep understanding of user behaviour and emotions. By blending creativity and fun, she creates impactful solutions that not only meet user needs but also enhance their emotional experiences. Her work focuses on interaction design, product design, and UX design, leveraging innovative technologies with a human-centered approach. She integrates research and user experience seamlessly, backed by strong project management skills.
To empower individuals living with epilepsy to live without limitations, this project seeks to improve safety and increase independence through an innovative wearable experience solution. This project will provide people ability to move independently through their world, providing support and security for which normally a human companion would be necessary.
Epistellar is a preventative wearable designed to enable individuals with epilepsy to manage their condition independently. By doing so, it not only empowers users but also reduces their reliance on others, fostering greater social inclusion and addressing societal concerns about safety. This transformative shift allows individuals with epilepsy to confidently participate in everyday life, supported by both advanced technology and informed bystanders. In this project, Aleyna designed a product based on detailed research conducted from scratch to development. She actively participated in every stage of the design, technical, and development processes, leveraging project management skills and focusing on solving people's problems with an innovative and user-centric approach.
